PRAISE REPORT
by admin on Jun.26, 2009, under Uncategorized
our youth ministry just finished organizing a parenting seminar entitled Biblical ParenTEEN and we would like to praise God for the overwhelming response from the parent of our church. we were praying for only 100 attendees, but God just went above and beyond our expectations and allowed about 300 parents to attend. we also want to praise God because He provided for all of the finances. we started with 3000 pesos, and the project should have costed us 40,000 pesos, and then we started praying and God provided in a mighty way. He provided for EVERYTHING and we thank God for all that He has done. please watch out for the talks, we will try to post the videos so please pray for us, and thank you for your patience.
God Bless!

hi guys!
its been a very looooooooooong time since i posted anything, been very busy at work lately and haven’t had the time to update the articles. thanks to “theobserver”, katty and gary for visiting the blog.
i’d like to take this time right now to respond to the comment posted by “theobserver”, cool name by the way. anyway i totally agree with what you said about intentions, but my question is, “can we really accurately measure intentions?” we need to remember that the bible also reminds us that “our hearts are deceitful above all things” and because of the deceitfulness of our hearts the way we “interpret” certain things tend to be more on the subjective side.
though it is true and i agree that many people do tend to over react to certain situations, the issue is not actually intentions but more so about the MOTIVE of certain actions. (anybody out there want to pitch in?) another thing to consider with the “just friends” scenario is that though many relationships start at friendship, we have to remember many “bad” relationships happened because of friendship as well. (Wouldn’t you agree?)
point of the whole thing is this, we have to recover a Biblical mindset and perspective with regard to friendships and relationships. we need to go back to what the Bible says and begin to deconstruct our worldly view of this issue and begin to think Biblically about it.
i will be posting other articles very soon please be patient and thank you for the comment please do continue to visit our blog.
