On September 2001, the opportunity for us to consider a property that could be used for the construction of our own Worship Center was presented to our Elders. They prayed and sought God's will for the church since we have been asking the Lord for our own worship center for many years. The Lord confirmed His plan for us through Ephesians 2:21 "In whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord...".

 Immediately, our elders created a committe, headed by Bro. Estong Casuga and Bro. Mayk Maglaqui to draw up a plan that will enable the local members and those abroad to take part in the privilege of being one with us in this vision.

 Thus Project E2:21 was born. This was conceptualized in order to involve all members of Guiding Light . The project was opened to all members young and old alike. This involved subscribing to give finacial aid for a year to help purchase the lot or giving for three years to help build our Worship Center.

  In record time of 3 months, members and friends from other churches raised a total of Php 6,306,300.00 to pay the property exactly on deadline, thus saving the church a whopping Php 700,000.00 in cost.Part of this money was a loan of Php 2,033,560.85 extended to us, interest free, by some faithful members of the church. We originally promised to pay off these loans in 24 months. But once again, the Lord moved and we were able to pay back these loans in a record time of 8 months. The sacrificial giving was an outflow of these brethren's love for God.

 Today Project E2:21 takes another step of faith to launch E2:21 Investment which started last June 28, 2009 and will run until September 30, 2009. This is a non-interest earning investment which is separate from Tithes and Offerings, Building Fund Giving and E2:21 Regular Pledge. It is a one time investment not made by installment with minimum investment of Php 1000.00. Investment is paid back in 24 months of equal payments to start one month after making the investment.

 God has been faithful with us by giving us the land on which our partially built Worship Center now stands. Our Center is still under construction and by God it will stand as a testimony of His goodness to us.
